Discovery

Visual Based Inspection

• This type of test is performed by trained personnel on-site and is utilized to find Chinese drywall symptoms and/or evidence of the use of Chinese manufactured drywall as a building material within the building.

Air and Building Material Field/Laboratory Sampling and Analysis

• The objective of this type of analysis is to assess the presence or likely presence of sulfur compounds associated with cross contamination from Chinese drywall by collecting ambient air and building material samples and sending them to an approved laboratory for analysis of 20 different sulfur compounds

Pre-Demolition

• We offer the necessary management of all pre-demolition logistics including moving in and out of the residence, handling of window treatments, temporary housing and storage.
• Our team of specialists is trained in the proper collection and preservation of all evidence materials consistent with the current available protocols.

Demolition and Micro-cleaning

• Demolition is performed by trained, experienced personnel who carefully remove and dispose of all Chinese drywall materials from within the structure. Our qualified team assures that all structural and framing members are kept to the highest level of quality ensuring that reconstruction can commence efficiently and on schedule.
• Flexible Builders, Inc. is committed to preserving our environment. We ensure that all of the debris is properly collected and responsibly disposed of in accordance to all local and state laws.
• Micro-cleaning follows demolition and is the process of removing all Chinese drywall dust and small particles from the interior of the house at the molecular level. Using specially designed HEPA vacuums and air purification machines without the use of any harsh chemical solutions, we can effectively remove all traces of Chinese drywall from the home.
